This activity was used for a unit on plants.

Students were shown a video about plant growth that showed a real plant growing.  Also, students played an interactive game where they had to pick a vegetable and provide it with enough food, water, and air to make it grow.

Student learning was assessed through teacher questioning and classroom performance.

The activity was successful.  Students were actively engaged.
