Parent Contact Log using Google Docs

I share this google doc with my administrators (Mr. Hight and Ms. Clemmons) so that  they can see when I contacted what I discussed, who I discussed it with and who it concerned in my classroom.  I use it instead of a paper doc.  It is a form that I created and includes a timestamp when I fill it out.

I am still in the process of using it.  I do keep up with it better than I did with a paper doc.  It is easier to keep up with web addresses and phone numbers.  For some reason, I find it quicker to fill this in than to hand write all the info from the parents.
